Turkish Informatics Industry Association (TUBİSAD), established in 1979, is the largest non-governmental organization of the Turkish private ICT sector, including industries and services, with a representative base of 95 % through its direct membership.
TUBISAD, dedicated to the growth of ICT Industry in Turkey, has a group of members comprising of nearly 180 very prestigious ICT companies of which are Software Developers, Hardware Manufacturers, Hardware and Software Distributors, Telecommunication Companies, System Integrators, Local Subsidiaries of IT and Communication multinational companies and/ or Consultants.
As the last few years have witnessed a transformation in the industrial landscape of the developed world, TUBISAD seek to increase the share of ICT sector in the overall economy and to accelerate the emergence of an information society in Turkey based on the needs of individuals and enterprises, in order for Turkey to strengthen its position in a highly competitive world.
The primary objective of TUBISAD is to act for the growth of ICT industry in Turkey, to be the voice of ICT industry in Turkey and to develop and foster relations with counter parties globally.TUBISAD aim to encourage, inform and direct its members and the sector to keep up with current developments in the World and in Turkey, and thus promote investment and create business alternatives.
TUBISAD encourages its members to provide high quality products, services and solutions in Turkey and overseas. Economic growth, employment in Turkey is the key aspect of TUBISAD activities. TUBISAD contributes to help develop Turkish society through value creation with ICT and the development of Turkish nation into an information society.
TUBISAD represents the interests of the Turkish ICT Enterprises vis-à-vis the Turkish Government and other bodies of influence.

Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK)’s foremost purpose is to pave the way for Turkey’s economic, commercial, industrial and financial relations with foreign countries as well as international business communities. The e-Transformation Turkey Project aims to carry out the process of transformation into an information society in a harmonious and integrated structure all over the society with all citizens, enterprises and public segments. General coordination of the Project has been assigned to the State Planning Organization and the e-Transformation Turkey Executive Board with the participation of the State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Transportation, Ministry of Industry and Trade, top-level bureaucrats and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the Advisory Council with the participation of public and private sectors and NGOs have been established.
