Membership Code of Conduct
TÜBİSAD members agree to comply with the following principles of conduct.
Our members:
- Act with integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers, employees, other companies, and society.
- Clearly and precisely define the terms and conditions of their contracts for the supply of goods and services, and duly fulfill those obligations.
- Represent the functionality of their products and the qualifications, experience, and capabilities of their employees and contractors accurately and honestly.
- Provide customers only with manpower, products, and services for which they hold the necessary rights and competencies.
- Provide employees with opportunities to develop their skills and professional capabilities.
- Refrain from undermining the reputation of other companies or their products and services, and instead focus on continuously improving the quality of their own products and services.
- Safeguard the confidential information of their customers and other parties, and ensure that their employees do not act in violation of current or past contractual obligations with another company.
- Promote the effective use of technology as a tool for social and economic development, act as responsible corporate citizens, and show respect for the environment.
- Ensure that employees and contractors act in accordance with these ethical principles, behave professionally, and provide high-quality services to customers.
Continuous adherence to these principles of conduct is a condition for being accepted as, and remaining, a TÜBİSAD member.
