TÜBİSAD Strategic Priorities and Working Groups
TÜBİSAD's Strategic Priorities (SP) and the existing and newly established Subject Leadership, Report Preparations, OKRs and Working Groups (WG) that will operate in line with these priorities for 2025-2027 are listed below. We would be pleased for your participation and contribution to our work with your topic suggestions that will benefit our country and our industry. SP 1. Public Relations
a. Public Relations Working Group
Group Leaders : Arzu Akkaya, Huzeyfe Yılmaz.
Purpose : Ensuring that TÜBİSAD takes part as a referenced, opinionated and reliable stakeholder in public institutions. In this way, the interests of the sector are aligned with the digital transformation of the country and sustainable impact in the public ecosystem.

b. Türkiye’s Digital Transformation Index Report
Subject Leader : Serdar Urçar.
Purpose : Preparing the "Türkiye's Digital Transformation Index Report", which is prepared annually by TÜBİSAD, with a study measuring the digitalization of the entire ecosystem by including not only the ICT sector but also technology users, and revealing the point our country has reached in digital transformation with independent indicators.
SP 2. Growing the Sector and Creating an Ecosystem
a. Ecosystem Economy
Subject Leader : Işıl Kılınç Gürtuna.
Purpose : Ecosystem Economy is not only to produce policy recommendations in order to accelerate the scaling, globalization and contribution of technology companies in Turkey to sustainable economic growth; Creating a platform that determines the strategic direction that enables the effects and outputs of the ecosystem economy manifesto activities under the umbrella of TÜBİSAD to be evaluated with a common mind.
b. In-House to Outhouse
Sıubject Leader : Aslan Doğan.
Purpose : Productization of sectoral solutions developed by institutions in-house and their inclusion in the ecosystem economy. For this purpose, preparation of "Research Report on the Size of In-House Developed Software in Türkiye". Revealing the size of the investments made by non-technology producers in the software they develop in-house, but which do not turn into sectoral degrees.
c. Scale-up Growth OKR Group
Group Leader : Emre Hantaloğlu
Purpose : Carrying scale-up companies in Türkiye to the next level by accompanying their journey to grow, develop or become a unicorn with the Scale-up Growth Program.
d. Global Expansion OKR Group
Group Leaders : Başak Kural Uslu, Kaan Turan.
Purpose : To bring together companies that want to expand and/or operate abroad. Preparation of country guides on doing business and market entry in specified countries, planning webinars and events. Creating an environment for B2B and B2G meetings by organizing delegation visits to target countries.
SP 3. Disruptive Technologies and Thought Leadership
Group Leaders : Barış Karakullukçu, Serdar Urçar
Purpose : TÜBİSAD's positioning as a visionary and ecosystem-directing actor in new technology issues such as artificial intelligence, 5G, cyber security, quantum, mobility, and taking on an awareness-raising, unifying, facilitating and mobilizing role.

a. Financial Technologies Manufacturers Working Group
Group Leaders : Soner Canko, Cihan Demir.
Purpose : Representation of support service providers before the relevant regulators. Conveying TÜBİSAD's views on the current and draft legislation as the sector representative. Explaining to regulators the added value created by information technology providers in the sector. Setting up sandbox environments for testing operations and ensuring approved access.

b. Cyber Security Working Gorup
Group Leaders : Lütfi Yenel , Arzu Akkaya.
Purpose : Developing regulations and standards to increase quality and trust in the production and integration market related to Cyber Security, taking an active role in legislative studies.
SP 4. Member Relations and Income Generating Activities
a. Member Relations OKR Group
Group Leaders : Sure Köse Ulutaş, Lale Maro.
Purpose : To increase the participation of TÜBİSAD members and interaction between members, to enrich the value obtained from membership and to ensure the sustainability of the platform. Designing experiences and collaborations that will make members active participants.
